THINK is a live workshop series by Doing Hard Things for leaders, founders and professionals who want to examine how they think, challenge their assumptions and build the capacity to navigate what comes next.
You can be hardworking, experienced and good at what you do, and still find yourself making the same decisions, repeating the same patterns and struggling to move beyond a certain level. Now AI is changing how we work, create and solve problems, and the question is no longer just what you know or how much you can do. It is whether you can think clearly enough to know what matters, make better decisions and remain valuable in a world where more tasks can be automated.
THINK is a series of live workshops, each hosted by Adesewa with one facilitator. We begin with identity, because how you think and perform starts with who you are. How you see yourself shapes how you decide, lead and perform, and AI is now quietly part of that loop. In this live, hands-on session, you'll learn to see the pattern you lead from, where it came from, and whether it is still yours. You'll leave with one or two changes you can start practising immediately. THINK continues beyond Session 01. Register once and you'll hear first when the next workshops are confirmed. Not notes to file away. Specific, usable clarity you can carry into the week. Each THINK session brings a different, lived angle on one question: how to scale the brilliance of your mind in a world that's automating everything around it. Adesewa works at the intersection of leadership, strategy, execution and organisational development. Her work focuses on helping leaders build the capacity, systems and internal discipline required to do difficult things without damaging themselves or the people they lead. Through Doing Hard Things, she challenges leaders to examine not just what they are building, but who they are becoming in the process. Adesewa hosts THINK and connects the conversations across identity, thinking, leadership and growth. Performance Coach | Leadership Facilitator | Organisational Development Consultant

In our opening session, Identity in an AI World, Gary will lead a conversation around a question that matters to anyone navigating the changing world of work:As technology expands what we can do, how do we remain clear about who we are and what we stand for?Together, we will examine the patterns shaping our professional identities, consider whether the approaches that brought us this far will serve us in the future, and explore how greater self understanding can help us make more conscious choices about what comes next. This is an opportunity to pause, question familiar ways of thinking and consider how we want to grow as the world around us changes.. Session 01, Identity in an AI World, holds live on Saturday 24 October at 10:00am WAT. Free to attend, limited seats, built to hold each person in the room, not just fill it.Session 01.
